1 WR the Steelers can target in every round of 2026 NFL Draft

In what's shaping up to be a strong wide receiver class, the 2026 NFL Draft presents the Pittsburgh Steelers with plenty of opportunities to address the position in every round.

With Pittsburgh holding a league-high 12 picks in the draft, there's plenty of opportunity to address their receiver needs from the first to the seventh round. Here's a look at one prospect the Steelers could target in each round.

First round: Omar Cooper Jr., Indiana

Unless the Pittsburgh Steelers trade up in the first round, the best available wideout at pick No. 21 could realistically be Cooper, a talented receiver who excels in yards-after-catch situations.

Second round: Chris Brazzell II, Tennessee

Brazzell's projections range from late-first- to second-round estimates, but the lightning-fast wideout would be an excellent pick with the Steelers' 53rd overall selection.

Third round: Ted Hurst, Georgia State

A massive, 6-foot-4 wideout that excels in contested-catch scenarios, Hurst could help form arguably one of the most unguardable wide receiver trios in the league opposite DK Metcalf and Michael Pittman Jr..

Fourth round: Reggie Virgil, Texas Tech

Virgil is a tall wideout who blends size and speed well, and while his overall frame raises some red flags, he would be an excellent pickup by Pittsburgh in Round 4.

Fifth round: CJ Daniels,
