WNBA training camps open with key questions for each team.
The Philadelphia 76ers are projected to select Santa Clara forward Allen Graves with the No. 25 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft. Graves, a standout freshman, gained attention for his impressive performance during the season, including a notable game against Washington State.
At the moment, the Philadelphia 76ers have their eyes on looking to lock up a playoff spot, but it doesn't hurt to look ahead to the offseason and see who they could potentially add to the roster. The Sixers will have a first-round pick via the Houston Rockets thanks to the Jared McCain trade to the Oklahoma City Thunder at the deadline.
That selection will be in the 21-to-26 range as the Rockets are having a successful season on the floor, but this is believed to be a deep draft. The Sixers will likely find a player who can help them right away and be in the rotation at this stage in their roster construction.
A mock draft put together by USA Today Sports has the Sixers selecting Santa Clara forward Allen Graves with the No. 25 pick:
One of the most under-the-radar prospects in all of college basketball this season was Santa Clara freshman Allen Graves, who was nearly a March Madness hero. It was hard not to notice the WCC Rookie of the Year and Sixth Man of the Year after he scored 30 points with 13 rebounds, four assists and two steals Feb. 7 against Washington State. The only players under 21 years old who currently held a higher box plus-minus, via Bart Torvik, were Cameron Boozer and Caleb Wilson.
Graves averaged 11.8 points and 6.5 rebounds while shooting 51.2% from the floor and 41.3% from deep in the 2025-26 season. He is a solid player who can do a number of different things on the floor and can help a team win right now. The Sixers will be looking for a player to help right away in the 2026 offseason as they continue on their championship path. They found gold with VJ Edgecombe in 2025 and will look for the same in 2026.
