The Arizona Cardinals used their first-round selection on running back Jeremiyah Love. They did not have a need at running back, but they viewed his talent as too much to pass up on, even when other positions needed addressing.
On Day 2, the Cardinals have the second pick in the second round, No. 34 overall, and the first pick in the third round, No. 65 overall. We will see if they address their greatest needs.

At the top of the second round, there are solid edge rushers and a couple of good guards.
There are also solid cornerbacks and defensive tackles, although those are not huge needs at the moment.
