The Buffalo Bills added to their linebacker room on Day 3 of the 2026 NFL draft, selecting TCU's Kaleb Elarms-Orr 126th overall in the fourth round.

Elarms-Orr, at 6'2" and 234 lbs, is a speedy senior linebacker who had three productive collegiate seasons after not seeing the field as a freshman. Between the Pac-12 at California and the Big 12 at TCU, Elarms-Orr recorded 276 tackles, 19 tackles for loss, seven sacks, and one interception.

Elarms-Orr was ranked as the third-most athletic linebacker at the NFL combine and he ran an impressive 4.47 40-yard dash. Because of these traits, he is an effective blitzer who tackles with physicality and authority.

According to Pro Football Focus, Elarms-Orr played 654 snaps in the box, 116 on the defensive line, and 60 in the slot. He played another 63 snaps on punt/kick teams.

Bottom line
