Packers president says Lions want home game, not Munich in 2026
The 2026 NFL Draft will be a key opportunity for teams to enhance their rosters, with six teams projected to have 10 or more picks. These teams will have significant resources to acquire new talent.
The 2026 NFL Draft will represent one final, critical opportunity for the league's teams to add a bevy of talent to their rosters ahead of the upcoming season.
Some teams will have more resources to achieve that goal than others.
At present, six of the NFL's 32 teams are scheduled to make 10-plus picks in this year's draft. That will give those half-dozen clubs significant buying power as they prepare to add talent to their rosters.
Of course, not every team will use all of its picks. Some will look to offload some in trade for future considerations, veteran players or an opportunity to move up the draft board to land a higher-end prospect.
With that in mind, here's a look at the teams currently slated to make the most picks in the 2026 NFL Draft.

The Pittsburgh Steelers presently have the most picks in the 2026 NFL Draft. The Steelers own the rights to 12 selections, which will give the brain trust of Mike McCarthy and Omar Khan a lot of buying power as they transition away from Mike Tomlin after 19 seasons.
The Steelers acquired one of their extra picks, a third-round selection, from the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for wide receiver George Pickens. Pittsburgh also received four compensatory selections for talent lost during the 2025 NFL offseason – including, but not limited to, Justin Fields, Najee Harris, Dan Moore and Russell Wilson – which brought the team's total to 12 selections.
Pittsburgh has not made double-digit selections in the draft since 2010, when it had 10 picks. The Steelers spent their first-round selection on Maurkice Pouncey that season and also landed receivers Emmanuel Sanders and Antonio Brown with third- and sixth-round picks.
