The 2026 NFL Draft is approaching, with all 32 teams preparing to fill position needs after free agency. Key positions targeted include quarterback, wide receiver, and offensive tackle, among others.
Are you an NFL team that struck out with your top targets in free agency? Are you a franchise pressed up against the salary cap and in dire need of low-cost starters and backups?
Friends, the NFL Draft is just what you need.
Each spring, all 32 teams band together to make more than 250 total picks aimed at the best players in college football. Hundreds more will sign deals as undrafted free agents in hopes of making their pro football dreams come to life. While we don't know who'll be selected where (with the exception of the first overall pick, which will almost certainly see Fernando Mendoza become a Las Vegas Raider), we have a pretty good idea which positions will be targeted by each franchise.
Here are each team's draft needs, presented in order of where they're slated to make their first selection in the 2026 NFL Draft. Positions are listed randomly, not according to how badly a team may need help there.
