I jibber jabber because he’s not taking Downs with the early pick. He will take an edge rusher with the early first (No. 9 overall) and a cornerback with this pick. He has taken 3 corners in round one, including Lito Sheppard Trent McDufffie. Lito… Oh, oh, oh, oh, ohhh, ohhh, ohhh. Rueben Bain Jr. or Keldric Faulk will be KC’s early masterpiece. Problem is that this BGN community mock draft has him out of his lane so I am doomed with this late first round pick.

If, and I said, “IF” this mock plays out, they are taking Cashius Howell, Texas A&M, Edge Rusher. Howell is from Kansas City and grew up a Kansas City Chiefs fan. ESPN has him rated as “The Best Bend/Flex Edge” in this year’s deep DL draft. He was a beast last year with 11.5 sacks for the Aggies. He’s kinda small for his position, 6’2″, 248 lbs, but he has a motor and is comped to Harold Landry. In NorCal we say, “Damn, you are hella __.” He is hella fast. His combine 40 was a 4.59.
