The Rams bypassed their need for receiving help in the first round this year to draft quarterback Ty Simpson. The odds remain in their favor to win a third Lombardi Trophy next season, in which case this luxury pick could be used on a more dynamic offensive weapon. Craver could be a Rookie of the Year candidate in the right scheme.

After taking the SEC by storm in 2024 with 10 total touchdowns as a true freshman, Coleman-Williams suffered through a season-long sophomore slump last year, recording just four touchdown receptions. I’m confident that he can recapture his playmaking ways this season as Coleman-Williams possesses electric stop-start quickness to get open. He must improve the concentration drops that plagued him last year, however.

The Rams didn't invest in wide receiver early as expected in 2026, but they will be more accelerated to do so with Davante Adams under contract for one more year. Wesco can replace that big scoring ability with some field-stretching juice.

Sports Illustrated: Pick No. 32 — Nick Marsh, WR, Indiana

The Rams have a daunting list of free agents next spring, including Davante Adams and Puka Nacua, and they didn’t draft a receiver until the sixth round. Marsh, a Michigan State transfer, is big and explosive at 6' 3" and 213 pounds, and he pairs quality ball skills with impressive run-after-catch potential. He’s in line for a big debut season at Indiana.

Coleman-Williams had a fantastic freshman season in 2024, recording 48 catches for 865 yards and eight touchdowns. However, the former 5-star recruit lost some steam last season, struggling with drops and notching just 49 grabs, 689 yards and four scores. The Rams absolutely should take a chance on his talent, especially if the team does win the Super Bowl and undergoes a significant transition next offseason.
