Dorian Fleming is a tough study as he shows moments of brilliance and someone who could be a worthwhile project, but then others where you throw your hands up in the air. His best chance at success is being used as a receiving option alongside a more blocking tight end. He moves well, has good mechanics, and is fluid with his hips and footwork during his routes. He has to fix some issues, concentration drops being one of them, but there is promise to keep him in mind as the year rolls on.
