Not often do I get to write up a player from Temple, but Peter Clarke is that good. He is a really fun tight end prospect who, at the base level of his evaluation, is a fundamentally good blocker. From there, there is a lot of potential for pass work that remains untapped. Clarke could be the biggest riser of the Summer tight end group if he builds on what he did last year at Temple, when it isn’t always easy to succeed.
