Garrett Oakley is the ultimate boom or busy tight end prospect that the NFL seems to be in love with. As I was watching him, I felt he could be a day two pick because someone is going to see the speed and blocking and think they can get something out of him. He has a drop issue with 12 in his career, most of anyone I am tracking in the class, so that has to be corrected. But he is a good piece if clay with a good base for a team to build on, and for Kansas State and a new system to show what they have in him.
