If the Jacksonville Jaguars are going to still add to their roster following the 2026 NFL draft, what position groups could still be on GM James Gladstone's radar?
We saw last offseason that Gladstone was willing to make post-draft additions via free agency, with Emmanuel Ogbah and Dennis Gardeck being two examples of that.
Also of note, any free agent signings at this stage of the offseason won't impact the 2027 compensatory pick formula. That was a big reason behind what was a quiet free agency period for the Jaguars back in March.
The Jaguars don't have an abundance of salary cap space, but no May signings should break the bank by any means.
The positions listed below are the same ones that we discussed prior to the draft. At each of these three spots, one could justify why more work is needed.
The Jaguars drafted Wesley Williams and Zach Durfee, both of whom could compete with Danny Striggow and BJ Green for rotational snaps. But behind Josh Hines-Allen and Travon Walker, this is a very inexperienced group. Can two or three of these players provide the pass rush consistency the Jaguars need?

Jacksonville used a third-round pick on Albert Regis, but his greatest impact in college came against the run. Whether or not he can provide the Jaguars with an immediate pass rush presence, which this unit is in need of, remains to be seen. Ruke Orhorhoro is a pass-rush-first presence, but how big of an impact he can make remains to be seen. Matt Dickerson is then the fifth tackle option on the depth chart.
The Jaguars seem to be very bullish on Ventrell Miller, and the starting spot next to Foye Oluokun appears to be his for the taking. That said, adding some additional competition wouldn't be a bad idea. Jack Kiser is likely more of a long-term answer for Oluokun, while Jalen McCleod more so fills Gardeck's role. Parker Hughes is probably a special-teams contributor early on.
