A prospect who reportedly has Alabama among his finalists, four-star wide receiver Jaden Upshaw will announce his commitment on April 15, per Rivals’ Hayes Fawcett.

Upshaw is an extremely talented playmaker with elite potential and upside. The receiver currently has Alabama listed as one of his top landing spots prior to an official decision, as Upshaw’s top four schools currently include the Crimson Tide, Florida, Miami, and Texas A&M.

The rising star would add an instant boost to the Alabama offense, should he ultimately land in Tuscaloosa, as Upshaw will officially make a decision in regard to his commitment on April 15.

Upshaw is currently ranked as the No. 11 wide receiver and the No. 64 overall player from the class of 2027, per the 247Sports Composite rankings. He is listed as the No. 5 overall player out of Georgia as well where he attends Lee County High School.

Alabama currently has three players committed in the 2027 recruiting cycle, each of which are on the offensive side of the ball.
