In addition to the individual college programs hosting a pro day for their draft-eligible prospects, which attracts scouts and personnel from around the NFL, each team can host a local pro day as well.
These local pro days are invitation only and are for prospects from area colleges or those who played high school football in the area. Like other pro days, prospects are able to go through position and athletic testing drills. These events also provide a brief opportunity for the team to meet with the prospects as well.
There will be a large number of Indiana draft prospects at the event, along with Oregon S Dillon Thieneman, Illinois OL JC Davis, Ohio State DE Caden Curry, and Texas DT Cole Brevard, among many others.
The Colts will enter this year's draft with limited draft capital. Indianapolis has a modest seven selections in total, including only two picks in the top 100.
Heading into the NFL draft, there are still three big items on Chris Ballard's to-do list.
