It was reported on Thursday that quarterback Aaron Rodgers was "expected to" visit the Pittsburgh Steelers over Mother's Day weekend.
ESPN senior NFL insider Adam Schefter said during an appearance on "The Pat McAfee Show" Monday that that didn't happen.
"The weekend -- Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday -- have come and gone. Aaron Rodgers was not at the (Steelers') facility once," Schefter said. "The Steelers have a voluntary offseason workout program that begins one week from today. I know last year Rodgers didn't show up with the Steelers until June, but if he's going to re-sign, I don't know why that wouldn't be done at some point in the next week."
It was reported in April that Rodgers wasn't expected to give the Steelers his decision until after the NFL Draft.
Adam Schefter stated that Aaron Rodgers did not make the visit, which was anticipated over Mother's Day weekend.
Adam Schefter indicated during 'The Pat McAfee Show' that the expected visit from Aaron Rodgers to the Steelers did not occur.

Pittsburgh then selected Penn State's Drew Allar in the third round of the event and placed the UFA tender on the 42-year-old in late April, meaning Rodgers "can accept a 10 percent raise off last yearâs salary, which would pay him about $15 million this season."
"When the report surfaced last week that (Rodgers) was back in town, visiting the Steelers, whatever it was, nobody, nobody in the organization knew about it and his agent didn't know about it," Schefter said. "There are a couple of people, in fact, that said, flat out just not true."
