AJ Dybantsa impressed at the NBA Draft Combine with a 42-inch vertical leap, making him a top prospect for the Wizards. His performance has generated excitement among fans and analysts alike.
When the Washington Wizards won the NBA Draft lottery on Sunday, all eyes immediately moved on to the NBA Draft Combine where presumptive top picks AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson and Cameron Boozer would go through testing. And thus far, it's difficult to not come away thinking that the No. 1 pick is Dybantsa's spot to lose. The freshman from BYU measured at 6'8.5 barefoot with a 7-foot wingspan. And on Tuesday, the athletic tools were on display. Dybantsa posted a 42-inch max vertical, which made him the unofficial leader at time of publish. We knew that Dybantsa had elite athleticism from his lone college season, but he made a 42-inch vertical look shockingly easy on Tuesday.
