At 5-foot-11, 185 pounds, Gayles is a talented wide receiver that would prove to be an excellent fit at Alabama. The rising star currently has Alabama, Notre Dame, Stanford, Tennessee, and Washington as his top five schools, and the Crimson Tide have remained as a potential landing spot for the talented playmaker since the beginning of his recruitment process.
Gayles will more than likely continue narrowing down his options in the near future, but the route runner would be a massive addition to the Tideâs 2027 recruiting class nonetheless.
Gayles is currently ranked as the No. 7 wide receiver and the No. 35 overall player from the class of 2027, per 247Sports. Attending national power IMG Academy, he is listed as the No. 5 overall player out of Florida as well, as Gayles will more than likely emerge as a star on the college level regardless of which program he lands with.
Alabama has targeted some of the top overall talent from the class of 2027, as Gayles would ultimately be a major pickup for the Tideâs offense in the future.
