Alabama has secured a commitment from SEC transfer forward Jamarion Davis-Fleming from Mississippi State. He joins Brandon Garrison as a new addition for the Crimson Tide this offseason.

For the second time this week, the Alabama Crimson Tide have reportedly landed a commitment from a SEC forward in the NCAA transfer portal.
According to On3's Joe Tipton, Alabama has reportedly landed a commitment from Jamarion Davis-Fleming, who is a transfer forward from Mississippi State. Davis-Fleming joins Kentucky transfer forward Brandon Garrison as portal additions for the Crimson Tide so far this offseason.
During the 2025-26 campaign, Davis-Fleming started 6-of-32 games for the Bulldogs as a freshman, averaging 3.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game on 67.6% shooting from the field. Davis-Fleming also shot 33.9% at the free throw line.
Prior to Mississippi State, Davis-Fleming was ranked as the nation's No. 110 overall player in the 2025 class, per the 247Sports Composite rankings, as well as the No. 16 center nationally. A four-star recruit, Davis-Fleming ranked as the No. 1 overall player in the state of Mississippi as well, attending Canton High School.
Listed at 6-foot-10, 240 pounds, the Mississippi State transfer is also the brother of former Alabama player Javian Davis, and is now expected to make a significant impact for the Crimson Tide as a sophomore next season.
