Alabama softball hosts the NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional from May 15-17, featuring teams like USC Upstate and Belmont. The Crimson Tide earned the No. 1 overall seed in the tournament.

Alabama softball begins its road to Oklahoma City at Rhoads Stadium.
The Crimson Tide earned the No. 1 overall seed in the 2026 NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2010, putting Alabama in position to host both a regional and, if it advances, a super regional.
The Tuscaloosa Regional field includes Alabama (49-7), USC Upstate (36-21), Belmont (40-11) and Southeastern Louisiana (46-14). The double-elimination regional will run May 15-17.

Alabama will open regional play against USC Upstate at noon CT Friday, May 15 at Rhoads Stadium.
