This will be Duran's third game batting leadoff this year and first time since April 10. He's just 1-for-9 there so far, but Cora seems to be rewarding him for his threehit game on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Rafaela will bat second for the second time this year. He went 1-for-3 with two runs and a walk during his lone appearance there on April 15.
