Elliot Anderson of Forest (£5.6m) netted his second goal in three matches in Gameweek 36 to claim a 12-point haul.
Only Man City's forward Erling Haaland (£14.7m) has scored more goals than the 22 by Igor Thiago (£7.3m) this season. The Brazilian is averaging 5.7 points per start on home turf.
Brentford's goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher (£4.8m) has racked up 30 points over the last six Gameweeks, the joint-most of any goalkeeper.
