The NFL Draft is now only a few days away, and that means rumors are flying around regarding who teams could take, and for the Kansas City Chiefs, there are a lot of names.

Holding two first-round picks, the Chiefs can go in several different directions at pick No. 9 and No. 29, so that makes it a little hard to truly narrow down on what the franchise will do.

But there is a theme starting to develop, and granted, it might just be what people think, not what they've actually heard, but Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer is the latest to link Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq to the Chiefs.

"The name that’s most intriguing to me is Oregon TE Kenyon Sadiq, whom the Chiefs have discussed," Breer wrote. "I’m not sure if they’d take him at 9, or want him in a trade-down scenario, but he’d fit as a Travis Kelce successor, and might have as good a shot as anyone in the draft to be the focal point of some team’s passing game."

Absolutely, they could, but as Breer states, is No. 9 too high to take Sadiq? And at No. 29, there is a good chance he'll be off the board as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been mocked with Sadiq consistently.

It will be a fascinating watch on draft night, as the Chiefs have needs at corner, offensive line, receiver, and edge, so Brett Veach could sort out two of those positions in the first round.
