The Kansas City Chiefs will enter the NFL Draft with two first-round picks at their disposal as general manager Brett Veach looks to fill several roster holes.
Given the draft weaponry at their disposal, you could be forgiven for thinking the Chiefs could look to add weapons for Patrick Mahomes, which they might do late in the first round.
But at pick 9? I'm not sure.
We have seen mock drafts where the Chiefs take a receiver and even tight end Kenyon Sadiq, but for NFL.com's Nick Shook, one position takes precedence over them all -- corner.
"Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson left for Los Angeles in March, leaving a void the Chiefs attempted to address by adding slot corner Kader Kohou," Shook wrote . "They shouldn't stop there. This should be their top priority (and after that, offensive line) in the draft."
