The highly-anticipated "Battle of Britain" finally appears to be set.
Weeks after Tyson Fury formally challenged Anthony Joshua to a fight and Netflix indicated it was prepared to stream it, the two sides are now set to come together in late 2026.
The possibility of a Joshua-Fury fight was first reported as realistic in December, when plans of a potential bout were first leaked. Since then, Fury formally came out of retirement with a win over Arslanbek Makhmudov and made it clear he wanted a fight with Joshua to happen.
Here's what we know about the upcoming Joshua vs. Fury fight.

A deal for a Joshua vs. Fury fight is "signed," General Entertainment Authority chairman Turki Al-Sheikh tweeted on Monday. The Ring's Mike Coppinger confirmed a deal is done.
The first indication that an agreement was near came in early April, when Fury formally challenged Joshua to a fight and Netflix said, "It's happening."
While Joshua was hesitant at the time, telling Fury, "You won't tell me what to do," reports indicated an agreement was still inevitable.
The fight is set to take place in late 2026.
The announcement followed Tyson Fury's formal challenge to Anthony Joshua and Netflix's indication to stream the fight.
This fight is dubbed the 'Battle of Britain' and is highly anticipated among boxing fans due to the rivalry between the two British heavyweights.

Here's the timeline to know for the fight.
Joshua and Fury don't have an official date locked in for their fight, but it's set to happen in the fourth quarter of 2026, meaning it will take place in October at the earliest.
Reports in December indicated that the two sides were targeting late summer for a potential fight, but Joshua's focus was pulled away from boxing just days later when he was involved in a crash that killed two members of his team.
While Joshua hasn't fought since the crash, Fury successfully came out of retirement earlier in April. Now both sides appear energized to finally fight.
With the fight set up by General Entertainment Authority's Turki Al-Sheikh, the fight is likely to take place in Saudi Arabia despite being dubbed the "Battle of Britain."
Joshua was always expected to have another fight between his 2025 win over Jake Paul and a potential bout with Fury, and he is now set to face Kristian Prenga in Saudi Arabia on July 25.
The 35-year-old heavyweight Prenga is 17-1 as a professional, though he hasn't fought since January 2025.
