The Houston Astros placed two injured players — pitcher Tatsuya Imai and shortstop Jeremy Peña — on the injured list April 13. The initial announcement could have been much worse.
Imai is going on the 15-day injured list with right arm fatigue. Peña is going on the 10-day injured list with a Grade 1 hamstring strain. A Grade 1 strain is the least serious a hamstring injury can be, a relatively minor ailment compared to a Grade 2 or 3 tear.
