Both clubs have navigated injury concerns throughout the campaign, with Atletico facing particular fitness challenges in the build-up to Tuesday night's second leg at the Emirates Stadium.
Diego Simeone's squad has made the trip to London for the encounter, with Atletico confirming four notable fitness boosts for the contest, reports football.london.
Among those returning is Julian Alvarez, with the former Manchester City striker included in the squad after sustaining an injury during the first leg and subsequently missing Atletico's La Liga fixture against Valencia over the weekend.
Jose Maria Gimenez has also been cleared to feature, with the center-back having sat out the previous eight matches across all competitions for the Spanish club. Alexander Sorloth and Giuliano Simeone both sat out Atletico's victory against Valencia through injury, but have been included in the squad ahead of the Arsenal clash.
Marcos Llorente and David Hancko were also absent from the win over Valencia, yet both have earned their place in the squad to face the Gunners, having featured in the first leg in Madrid last week.
Despite the welcome injury boost for Atletico, Pablo Barrios and Nico Gonzalez remain sidelined and have been left out of the squad to take on Arsenal due to ongoing fitness concerns.
