'Zero fear' - Millwall boss Neil urges Lions to embrace promotion challenge
Millwall's Alex Neil tells players to have 'zero fear' in promotion race.
NFL Draft Analyst Rob Rang suggests the Tennessee Titans should select an offensive lineman with the No. 4 overall pick, prioritizing stability on the interior line. This comes amid a flurry of mock drafts predicting various player selections for the team.
It seems like we get a million new mock drafts every day, and it's always interesting to see which direction people go. NFL draft analysts, NFL insiders, and NCAA experts all have their own opinions on which players each team will select. Sometimes they agree, but more often they don't.
FOX Sports NFL Draft Analyst Rob Rang released a mock draft that named the perfect pick for every team.
Yes, you're reading that right. Rang is suggesting that the Tennessee Titans should select an offensive lineman with the No. 4 overall pick. Here's his reasoning:
Look, I told you there were going to be reaches! At No. 4 overall, I think the Titans canāt go wrong if they select an insta-star such as Jeremiyah Love or Sonny Styles. Both plug-and-play options will likely be available and are clear upgrades over Tony Pollard and Cody Barton, respectively. However, I donāt see either RB or MLB as much of a need as added stability on the interior of the offensive line, where the Titans brought in center Austin Schlottman from the Giants in free agency (four career starts) and Cordell Volson, who was cut by the Bengals after he missed 2025 with shoulder surgery. The Titans should be protecting Cam Ward at all costs, and Ioane is viewed by some as the best blocker of this class.
Okay, the logic is there, but can we think about this for a second? Taking an interior offensive lineman in the top 10 is a rarity. Offensive tackles often go in the top 10; for instance, Hall of Famer Joe Thomas was the third overall draft pick once upon a time, and Ioane is nowhere near that caliber of player. It's also important to remember that the Titans used first-round picks on offensive linemen in 2023 (Peter Skoronski) and 2024 (JC Latham). Would they really use another first-round pick on an offensive lineman with other more pressing needs?
Mike Borgonzi is not going to draft an offensive lineman with that pick; he's going to be too busy trying to convince Robert Saleh that Jeremiyah Love is the pick when Saleh definitely wants an edge rusher. We'll see who comes out on top on draft day, but let's be very clear: the Titans are not drafting Vega Ioane at No. 4 overall.
