Following Real Madrid’s mishap against Real Betis, Barcelona are the undisputed favourite to win La Liga this season.

The Catalans are set to take on Getafe later this afternoon and a win could help them extend the gap at the top of the league table to 11 points.

Barcelona, though, are looking for more records as they gear up for a gruelling encounter against Getafe this afternoon.

Barcelona looking to beat last season’s tally

There has been a lot of criticism surrounding Barcelona’s porous defence this season. However, the Catalans have actually improved significantly compared to last season, in terms of pure clean sheets.

Indeed, Barcelona have already matched the 13 La Liga clean sheets recorded by Hansi Flick’s side last season and they still have six matches remaining to surpass that tally.
