It is no secret that Barcelona are dreaming big this coming summer, with the club setting their sights firmly on Julian Alvarez and Alessandro Bastoni, among others.
However, in order to facilitate a move for either of these stars, Barcelona must generate fresh revenue and that is where player sales come into the picture.
Recent reports suggest the Catalans are ready to sell three first-team stars this summer in the form of Alejandro Balde, Jules Kounde and Ronald Araujo.
Cadena SER has done a follow-up story on Barcelona’s quest to secure exits of these three players this summer, offering perspective on how each of them feels about the decision.
As far as Balde is concerned, he has no desire to leave Camp Nou and wants to continue his progression under Hansi Flick.

The Catalans, too, rate Balde highly and despite the recent links to Marc Cucurella, they won’t consider a sale for the Spanish international unless there is a significant offer.
Araujo also wants to continue at Barça, but he is less sure than Balde, knowing he might not be as important to the club’s team setup compared to the left-back.
Araujo has often faced criticism for his inconsistency, and it is clear that he is not Flick’s first-choice option in central defence. This could harbour some doubt in the Uruguayan’s mind heading into the summer transfer window.
The final player on the list is Kounde, who is more likely to leave Barcelona among the three in the coming summer.
The report adds that Kounde could leave Barcelona if the club receive a strong offer. The Frenchman is drawn to the idea of playing in the Premier League.
