Barcelona have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Fluminense winger Riquelme Felipe in a deal worth 7 million euros.
The 19-year-old talent is an exciting prospect and would likely land somewhere between Barca Atletic and the first team if he does make the move to Barca, according to Cadena SER.
The potential transfer is being likened to Barcelona’s decision to buy Roony Bardghji last summer, in that it’s a low-cost transfer for a player with bags of potential and so carries very little risk.
Roony arrived from FC Copenhagen for a few million euros and has been part of the first-team squad in the current campaign. The forward has found game time hard to come by, but he’s still only 20 and remains highly regarded.
The reported transfer fee for Riquelme Felipe is €7 million.
Riquelme Felipe is 19 years old and plays as a winger.

Riquelme Felipe’s name has cropped up previously in regards to a potential move to Barca. Deco is believed to be an admirer of the youngster, although it remains to be seen if he will green light a potential move this summer.
