Barcelona starlet returns to first-team training after recovering from injury
The penultimate week of the 2025/26 La Liga season is underway for FC Barcelona.
With two matches remaining, Hansi Flickâs side are focused on finishing the campaign strongly, aiming to add two more victories and close the season on 97 points after the dream of reaching 100 became impossible following the loss to Alaves.
After giving the squad a rest day on Thursday, Flick gathered his players once again on Friday morning at the Ciutat Esportiva.
The Blaugrana resumed training to prepare for Sunday nightâs clash against Real Betis at the Spotify Camp Nou â their last one at home this season.
And, according to SPORT, left-back Jofre Torrents was called up to train with the Barcelona first-team squad by Flick.
The young La Masia graduate worked with the senior setup after recovering from the ankle injury he suffered at the end of February.
The article mentions a Barcelona starlet returning to first-team training, but does not specify the player's name.
Barcelona is aiming to finish the season with 97 points, having lost the chance to reach 100 points after a defeat to Alaves.

Torrents, 19, already made his official first-team debut for Barcelona on the opening day of the season, featuring as a substitute against RCD Mallorca. Following that, he played three more times under Flick before returning to the Barça Atletic setup.
The youngster made 15 appearances for the reserve team, scoring and assisting one goal apiece, before suffering an injury in February.
Having now recovered from the setback, Torrents is back training in the first-team setup and could even get minutes on the pitch in the final two matches of the season.
Alongside Torrents, fellow reserve team players Diego Kochen, Eder Aller, Tommy Marques, Alvaro Cortes and Xavi Espart also took part in the session.

With the atmosphere relaxed following the recent league title celebrations, Flick continues to give opportunities to several academy players during training sessions.
It will be interesting to see whether it translates to minutes on the field for any of these young prospects in the final two matches of the campaign.
