Guerreiro intercepted Jeltsch's misplaced pass before a typical unselfish play from Diaz to spot the better-positioned Jackson for the second goal. Chabot was rather unfortunate a few minutes later when he deflected Daviesâ shot into his own net. The Canadian international scored his first goal of an injury-riddled campaign on the momentous day.

Since the gap between Bayern and Dortmund grew to 15 points with only four games left to play, Bayern sealed their 35th German championship victory. Their focus will now turn to progress for a first DFB-Pokal final since 2020 as they face Bayer Leverkusen on Wednesday. Stuttgart will stay in fourth, but they will also have a chance for cup glory with a home game against Freiburg the following day.
