

Wilson baseball team secured a dominant 16-6 victory over Exeter in BCIAA play, improving their record to 12-3 and remaining undefeated in Division 1 at 8-0. Gabe Spohn and Ben Kulp led the offense with a combined seven RBIs.

The Bulldogs banged out 12 hits and beat Exeter 16-6 in six innings in a Division 1 contest between two of the top teams in the BCIAA.
Gabe Spohn went 2 for 4 with four RBIs and Ben Kulp went 2 for 4 with three RBIs to lead the Bulldogs, who improved to 12-3, 8-0 Division 1.
Spohn, Tim Lengle (four walks) and Jordan Martinez each had doubles, and Ryan Marmolejos tripled, singled and drove in two runs. Aidan Incledon was 2 for 4 with four runs scored and an RBI.
Winning pitcher Jack Gabel went five innings, giving up all six Exeter runs and striking out six. Martinez pitched the sixth, allowing just one hit.
For the Eagles (10-4, 6-3 Division 1), Matt Woram (2 hits) and Jake Franek (2 hits) each tripled and Jake Hafer (2 hits) had a double.
Kutztown 3, Hamburg 1
Ryan Walters and Elliot Knutsen combined on a five-hitter as Kutztown defeated Hamburg 3-1 on Monday.
Walters got the win, going 5.1 innings, striking out six and giving up four hits and a run. Knutsen pitched the last 1.2 innings for the save, giving up one hit and striking out one.
Domanic Nolt and Chase Shuler each had RBIs for the Cougars (9-5, 6-2 Division 4). Danny Yearick had two hits.
Hamburg is 9-6, 3-5 Division 3.
Daniel Boone 6, Conrad Weiser 1
Ian Jacob and Owen Howells combined on a three-hitter as Daniel Boone defeated Conrad Weiser 6-1.
Jacob pitched five innings, allowing three hits and one earned. He struck out 10. Howells pitched the last two innings without giving up a hit and striking out four.
Chase Yenser was 1 for 3 with 2 RBIs for the Blazers (6-8, 4-4 Division 2). Conrad Weiser is 2-14, 0-8 Division 2.
Governor Mifflin 9, Muhlenberg 4
Ryan Lehman and Nick Montgomery each drove in two runs as Governor Mifflin defeated Muhlenberg 9-4 in Division 1 game on Monday.
Lehman and Montgomery each had two hits, with Montgomery blasting a triple.
Winning pitcher Evan Glucksnis went five innings, giving up four hits, no earned runs and striking out two.
The Mustangs improve to 7-8, 4-4 Division 1; the Muhls drop to 6-6, 5-3 Division 1. Marvin Frias and John Martin each had two hits for the Muhls.
Wyomissing 11, Schuylkill Valley 1, six innings: Chase Bailey 2 for 3, double, 3 RBIs, Austin Lecher 3 for 4, 2 RBIs, Zander Westwood 2 for 3, home run, 2 RBIs, Caleb Goodhead 1 for 3, 2 RBIs, winning pitcher Noah Rauenzahn six innings, 2 hits, 7 strikeouts. Wyomissing is 8-6, 6-3 Division 3; Schuylkill Valley is 6-8, 3-5 Division 3.
Berks Catholic 10, Tulpehocken 4: Victor Mejia 2 for 4, double, 3 RBI. Berks Catholic is 8-4, 7-1 Division 3; Tulephocken 3-8, 3-5 Division 3.
Oley Valley 10, York Suburban 0, six innings: Gryffin Cappellano 2 for 4, 4 RBIs. Oley Valley is 10-4.
