The Cincinnati Bengals got a little eyebrow-raising in the NFL draftâs fourth round. Zac Taylor and the Bengals got started by trading back, turning one of their sixth-round picks into an extra fourth-round pick in the process. What did they do from there? The Bengals drafted a possible long-term starting center with Connor Lew at No. 128. Then, they turned around and added a high-upside weapon for Joe Burrowâs offense with Colbie Young, albeit one who comes with some red flags attached to his draft stock. To say the all-over-the-place feel of the fourth round earned some major reactions would be an understatement.
The Bengals are crushing this draft. Connor Lew at pick No. 128 is awesome.
That is a starting center in the NFL.

â Dane Brugler (@dpbrugler) April 25, 2026 Connor Lew has a future starting C production profile.
108 on our final board, 67 on consensus.
This is a strong developmental pick.
Highlights: Age (heâs 20), strong pass blocking production profile
Risks: No testing profile, coming off an ACL tear

â Gridiron Grading (@GridironGrading) April 25, 2026 Connor Lew was drafted in round 4 with pick 128 in the 2026 draft class. He does not qualify for a #RAS due to a lack of measurements.pic.twitter.com/hXOfauHzK7
â RAS.football (@MathBomb) April 25, 2026 Youâre going to like this pick a lot #Bengalsâ fans. Connor Lew is only 20 years old â and started 25 games plus was a team captain.
He will be key for Joe Burrow in future years.

â RAS.football (@MathBomb) April 25, 2026 #Bengals just landed a physically impressive perimeter WR in Colbie Young
At almost 6â5 and 218, Young showed his sub 4.50 speed at the NFL combine and showed why heâs been on NFL radars for years in that UGA WR room.
Standout @ShrineBowl week too.
