PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Portland Trail Blazers wrapped up the regular season with a big 122–110 win over Sacramento on Sunday night and secured the No. 8 seed in the 2026 NBA Play-In Tournament.
Deni Avdija led the Blazers with 25 points, six rebounds, 10 assists, and shot 9-19 from the field. All of the starters for the Blazers finished in double figures and the team had less turnovers (12 vs. 16) compared to the Kings.
After a 33–33 first quarter, the Blazers took control with a dominant second, building a 20-point halftime lead. The Kings made a push in the third, cutting the deficit to seven, but Portland held firm to close it out.
Next up, the Blazers travel to Phoenix on Tuesday, April 14th to face the Suns, tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. P.T.
