Duke will take the field this fall looking to defend its ACC title after winning the conference outright for the first time since 1962. But first, the Blue Devils will finish up spring practice on Saturday in the annual Blue & White Spring Game.
Fans who plan to attend should get an early start, as kickoff has been rescheduled to 10 a.m. due to severe heat expected to hit Durham later in the day.
While the return of running back Nate Sheppard after a stellar freshman season helps out Manny Diaz’s squad, the big questions facing the Blue Devils are how to replace quarterback Darian Mensah, who left via the transfer portal to go to Miami this offseason, and leading wide receiver Cooper Barkate, who followed Mensah to the Hurricanes.
Admission to the spring game is free, and the 2026 Duke Athletics' surplus sale will take place from 12:30 – 6 p.m., but has been moved to Cameron Indoor Stadium.
