Retooling a roster is something every college program has to deal with, especially with a new coach coming in the case of new UNC head coach Michael Malone. The Tar Heels lost both Henri Veesaar and Caleb Wilson to the NBA Draft, seven more to the portal and two to graduation.
The Tar Heels brought in several players via the transfer portal and added one overseas. As UNC works to complete its roster for the 2026-27 season, here is a detailed overview of the production lost.
