Over the course of 17 years, she has gained experience in the sometimes emotionally charged environment of a top-tier club, helped shape processes, and demonstrated exceptional organizational and leadership skills. She combines sporting expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills and will assume overall responsibility for HSVâs sporting operations going forward. Together with Executive Board member Eric Huwer, she will play a decisive role in shaping the clubâs strategic development.
âWe deliberately took the time and space needed to fill the executive board position in the best possible way, in line with HSVâs goals and values. This was possible because those involved did an excellent job.
