It wouldn't take Misiorowski long to push through the minors. He entered the 2025 season as the Brew Crew's No. 3 prospect and started the season in Triple-A. However, he would make his MLB debut later that season in June, throwing the fastest pitch ever recorded by a Brewers pitcher in the Statcast era.
This season, he has been with the team from the start. So far, he has compiled a 2-2 record with a 2.84 ERA over 38 innings. That has led to him being ranked No. 7 in MLB.com's latest Pitching Power Rankings.
"Misiorowski has 23 strikeouts of 100-plus mph this season, 17 more than any other starter, and he accounts for each of the top 14. That's all well and good, but he's only at No. 7 here because he is still working to translate that stuff into consistent results: So far, so good with a 2.84 ERA and 2.99 FIP across seven starts."
The hard-throwing righty is still working through some kinks, but the fans have to be more than happy with what they have seen so far. Especially when the Brewers came into the season after trading away their ace, Freddy Peralta.
Expect Misiorowski to continue to develop and get a little bit more consistent as time goes on.
