The Cleveland Browns have signed most of their rookies officially to their contracts.
Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, though, the talented safety from Toledo -- he remains unsigned.
That news was reported Friday by ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi, and it means the Browns still have work to do with the No. 58 overall pick.
Cleveland traded up to get McNeil-Warren after he surprisingly slid out of the first round and even through most of the second.
McNeil-Warren had been projected in many mock drafts to go in the 20s, and even as high as No. 18 to the Minnesota Vikings.
Instead, the Browns got him basically a full round later.
Right now, though, that isn't helping contract negotiations.
