The Cleveland Browns are hosting 11 players for tryouts as they begin their offseason voluntary workouts. This is part of their preparation for the upcoming 2026 NFL Draft.
The Cleveland Browns are beginning their offseason voluntary workouts today as the front office gets ready for the 2026 NFL Draft this week. As they get set to hold those workouts, the Browns are not done churning their roster.
They are hosting 11 players for tryouts (according to the Akron Beacon Journal's Chris Easterling), giving them an opportunity to earn a spot on the 90-man roster and a place in training camp. Here are the 11 players in Berea for tryouts:
The biggest list of names among the tryouts is defensive end Josh Paschal, who was a former second round pick of the Detroit Lions in the 2022 NFL Draft. Throughout his career, however, Paschal has only amassed five sacks. He missed all of last season with a back injury and then was waived by the Lions last month.
Safety JT Woods is another notable name, a former third round pick of the Los Angeles Chargers in 2022. He appeared in only 13 games with the Chargers.
We will see if the Browns opt to sign any of these 11 to their 90-man roster after this week's audition!

The voluntary workouts are designed to prepare the team for the upcoming season and the 2026 NFL Draft.
The Browns can have up to 90 players on their roster after the tryouts.
