Bitonio would work perfectly.
"If the Bills want to add one more veteran free agent who can play left guard, a great option would beĀ Joel Bitonio, who spent his entire career in Cleveland and might be willing to sign for less money with an opportunity to pursue a Super Bowl title in Buffalo," Schatz writes.

The reason this spot is open: David Edwards departed Buffalo in free agency. The Bills were able to keep Connor McGovern in the center spot on a new contract, but they didn't work out new deals with both.
"The Bills have a few options at the position but no clear starter," Schatz writes. "One possibility is veteranĀ Austin Corbett, who dealt with injuries in 2023 and 2024 but started 11 games for Carolina last season. Another possibility is third-year linemanĀ Alec Anderson, who played the role of extra tight end in six-lineman sets for the past two seasons. The Bills also used a fourth-round pick onĀ Jude Bowry, and some are projecting that he'll switch from tackle to guard in the pros."
Options are good, but Bitonio would make things simple if Buffalo could convince him to make the trek east on I-90 from Cleveland to Buffalo. He'd still be on the shores of Lake Erie, so why not?
