The Cleveland Browns are getting ready for their next set of OTAs with a roster that has seen a huge influx of talent this offseason, especially through the 2026 NFL draft. GM Andrew Berry spent a ton of resources to rebuild the team’s offensive line, starting with the trade for OT Tytus Howard, continuing in free agency with the signings of OG Zion Johnson and Teven Jenkins, as well as versatile interior lineman and finishing up during the draft with three linemen, .
Dawand Jones and Cedric Tillman are among the veterans potentially on the trading block due to recent roster changes.
The Browns added Tytus Howard, Zion Johnson, Teven Jenkins, Elgton Jenkins, and Spencer Fano to strengthen their offensive line.
The draft led to significant additions to the offensive line, prompting the possibility of trading existing veterans like Tillman and Jones.

Those additions, and a contract restructure, could put OT Dawand Jones on the trade market, but he’s not the only veteran. Zak Jackson of The Athletic noted that the additions of WRs KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston could lead to Cedric Tillman’s departure via trade:
Boston and Tillman are true outside receivers, and it becomes fair to wonder if the Browns eventually look to trade Tillman this summer.
As Jackson noted, Cleveland has invested in the two rookie receivers and Jerry Jeudy. Other receivers, including free agent addition Tylan Wallace, provide special teams help, something Tillman has done on a very limited basis.
The Browns already have 10 picks in next year’s draft, one that is expected to be “loaded.” While Jones and Tillman may not bring huge returns, adding assets in a strong draft class could help Berry be creative in moves throughout the season and next offseason.
Would you trade Tillman or Jones now, or have them compete throughout training camp in case of injuries? What level of draft pick do you think either of the two young veterans could be worth?
