The Reds suffered a lopsided loss to Rockies. Here's what happened
Reds suffer a heavy loss to the Rockies at home.
Logan Fano, a UDFA signed by the Cleveland Browns, has the highest guaranteed contract at $310,000, significantly increasing his chances of making the roster. This comes amid a large draft class and limited spots for undrafted free agents.

The Cleveland Browns had a large 2026 NFL draft class. With 10 new rookies added to the roster, on top of all seven of last year’s draft class who contributed to the team in 2025, the Browns may not have a lot of room for undrafted free agents to make this year’s roster. With a team in flux and looking to get younger, that would be a good problem to have.
Our initial 53-man roster projection was posted before the UDFA signings began to trickle in after this year’s draft. Fans thought CB Nate Davis, by far, had the best chance to make the roster, but DE Logan Fano’s contract tells us that the brother of Cleveland’s first pick, OL , has the best chance.
Logan Fano signed a contract with the Cleveland Browns that includes $310,000 in guaranteed money, the highest for any undrafted free agent this year.
No other undrafted free agent received more than $288,000 in guaranteed money, making Fano's contract notably higher.
Given his significant guaranteed contract, Logan Fano has a strong chance of making the Cleveland Browns' roster despite competition from a large draft class.

According to Spotrac, Fano signed for the most guaranteed money of any UDFA this year at $310,000. No other undrafted free agent had more than $288,000 of their contract guaranteed, based on the information available. Davis reportedly got $115,000, as did fellow CB Michael Coats Jr.
For reference, the most recent seventh-round pick signed by the Browns, DT Jowon Briggs, had just $88,564 guarenteed in his contract. QB Shedeur Sanders had just $447,380 of his fifth-round contract guaranteed last year.
Last year, in an unusual circumstance, Cleveland WR Isaiah Bond got the most money guaranteed among undrafted free agents, the entire $3 million of his three-year contract. After that, the Carolina Panthers guaranteed three different defenders $300,000 each.
The undrafted Fano was expected to be a fifth or sixth-round pick this year after three years at Utah, where he had 18 tackles for loss and 10.5 sacks, including 4.5 this year.
Do you think Fano’s contract ensures his roster spot? How do you feel about the brother of the Browns top pick getting the biggest deal among UDFA’s this year?
