Day 2 of the 2026 NFL draft is underway with at least one surprising pick already out of the way. The Cleveland Browns were back on the clock with the 39th overall pick, the seventh in the second round. After trading down with the Kansas City Chiefs, selecting LT Spencer Fano and WR KC Concepcion in the first round, GM Andrew Berry went back to work with a lot of options on the board at both wide receiver and defensive back.
Berry and the Browns decided to double-dip at wide receiver, selecting Washington Huskies WR Denzel Boston.
The 6ā4ā, 212-pound Boston complements the smaller, faster Concepcion in HC Todd Monkenās offense. An outside receiver and true redzone threat, the Husky receiver had 11 touchdowns last year.
