Buffalo did not make a first-round pick in the draft on Thursday. Instead, general manager Brandon Beane traded down three times, moving out of Round 1 and completely transforming the Bills' draft setup.
The Bills entered the draft with two selections in the top 125. Now they have five in the top 126.

Buffalo entered the draft with the No. 26 overall pick but traded down three times - with the Texans, Patriots and Titans - to move to No. 35 overall while adding multiple mid-round selections.
The moves reflect Beaneâs strategy of prioritizing depth in a draft class he said featured more value beyond the first round.
