The biggest question facing every WNBA team in training camp
WNBA training camps open with key questions for each team.
Rory McIlroy secured his second consecutive Masters win, but CBS's broadcast failed to show the crucial moment of his winning putt. Viewers were left disappointed as the camera angle obscured the putt going into the hole.
After going the first 17 years of his professional golfing career without a win at the Masters, Rory McIlroy now has a second straight win at Augusta National. If only we were able to see the winning putt. CBS had some rough moments throughout McIlroy's final-round charge to regain the lead and hold off a crowded top of the leaderboard. The broadcast would lose the ball in the air on multiple occasions. But no moment was a bigger letdown than the angle the broadcast chose for McIlroy's winning putt. As McIlroy lined up for his tap-in bogey on 18, viewers were basically left to trust that Rory made the putt. We couldn't see it go in the hole at all.

— Golf on CBS ⛳ (@GolfonCBS) April 12, 2026 To have all those cameras and to go with an obstructed view was a perplexing decision. The crew had plenty of time between the par and bogey putts to get a camera in position, but we were stuck with a view that left golf fans awfully disappointed. seriously this is the shot you go with???
can’t even see the ball go in pic.twitter.com/FYxs30c5N2
— Warren Sharp (@SharpFootball) April 12, 2026 Nice camera angle from CBS again, never saw winning putt go in
— Ryan Stanzel Checkmark (@rstanzel) April 12, 2026 Holy crap. No way that CBS didn’t get an angle of the winning putt going in. Terrible producing/directing in the truck.
— Allen (@AllenVickJr) April 12, 2026 Some crazy camera work today
— Duncan Smith (@DuncanSmithNBA) April 12, 2026 Still laughing that CBS had 14 cameras on pre-teens drinking Guinness for 6 hours in Northern Ireland and no live shot of Rory's winning putt going into the hole.
— Bob Lupton (@RobertNLupton) April 12, 2026 I watched the final putt on mute and it legit looked like Rory McIlroy missed it until they cut to the other camera angle of him smiling
