The Boston Celtics took care of business in Game 1 of their first playoff series of the season, defeating the Philadelphia 76ers with a commanding score of 123-91 on Sunday.
One of the key differences between this year's Celtics team and those in previous years is the presence of many younger players with limited or no playoff experience, such as Baylor Scheierman, Jordan Walsh, Hugo González and Neemias Queta.
Sometimes playing in a playoff game with little experience can be tough for a young player, but star guard Jaylen Brown had an encouraging message for the young players before the game.

“Just breathe. Manage your emotions, Brown said on Sunday, via Celtics on CLNS. "They might go on a run. They might not go on a run, but just stay together. Win the fight. Be a hard-player team and guard. Don’t save yourself for offense. Offense is going to be fine if we defend — that was my message.”
The young players must have been inspired by Brown's message since Walsh, Scheierman and Queta combined for 23 points, six rebounds and three assists.
Boston is set to resume play on Tuesday, taking on the 76ers in Game 2 at 7 p.m. ET.
