It remains to be a question whether or not Coach Mazzulla puts Tatum on a minutes restriction because he was pulled out early in Game 6 after some apparent pain on his left leg. In fact, the Celtics needed to wrap Tatum's leg while he was sitting on the bench in the fourth quarter.
Regardless, Coach Mazzulla may have to rely on other wings so that Tatum could move comfortably on the floor. The Celtics need all of Jordan Walsh, Baylor Scheierman, Sam Hauser, and Jaylen Brown to pop off in order to stand a chance against the 76ers. But, this also would not stop Tatum from giving it his all in a Game 7. He has won five of seven Game 7s in his career and is at his best in a win-or-go-home situation.
Tatum averages 26.7 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 5.1 assists for all the Game 7s that he played with the Celtics. If this injury does not bother him at all, he will be doing great to save Coach Mazzulla's season from the 76ers.
