Chelsea lost 0-1 to Manchester United in a Premier League match at Stamford Bridge. Young defender Jorrel Hato received the highest player rating of 6.8, while several players struggled to make an impact.
It was another game in which there wasnât much to be happy about, but young Jorrel Hato continues to catch the eye with some solid performances at the back â once again deployed out of position, at center back. Not many players have shown improvement since Liam Roseniorâs appointment, but Hato is one of the few exceptions, and thatâs certainly nice to see. His future isnât at center back, but that sort of versatility can only help.
Speaking of left backs, Cucurella seems to be rounding into some decent individual form, which is also good, though it also isnât too likely to ever be game-changing.
